Through vibration and frequency, sound helps the body relax, the mind quiet, and blocked energy begin to flow. Instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice create a soundscape that invites stillness, presence, and inner healing—without needing to “do” anything.

Q: Why do you use sound in healing sessions?

A: Most people experience a deep sense of calm and relaxation. You may feel physical sensations like tingling, warmth, or gentle vibrations moving through the body. Emotionally, sound can bring up feelings to be released—or create a sense of spaciousness and clarity. Some people drift into a meditative state or even fall asleep. There’s no right or wrong way to receive—your body will take in exactly what it needs.


Q: What should I expect to feel during a sound healing session?

That’s okay. You don’t need to believe in it to benefit from it. Sound works through vibration—supporting rest, relaxation, and nervous system balance, whether you're open, curious, or just giving it a try.

Q: What if I don’t believe in sound healing?

A: Not at all. Sound healing is a completely non-invasive experience. Most people find it deeply relaxing—some even feel the vibrations gently moving through their body, but never in a painful way. It’s a soft, supportive process that meets you where you are and helps the body naturally unwind.

A: Wear something comfortable that allows you to relax fully—soft, loose-fitting clothing is ideal. You’ll remain fully clothed during the session.

A: You can easily book online via our website. Just choose your preferred session and time—we’ll take care of the rest.

Q: How can I book a session? 

A: Yes, absolutely. Just know that you may feel extra calm or inward for a little while—if possible, give yourself some space to integrate before jumping back into a busy day.

Q: Can I go to work after a session?  

A: Yes, but we recommend eating something light. A full stomach can make it harder to relax deeply during the session.

Q: Can I eat before a session?  

A: You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full amount.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
